June 15, 2009 Rancocas Valley League Baseball Burlington Mets 4 Delran 3 Greg Hunt trimmed Burlington's lead to one when he blasted a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning. Then, Delran scratched across another run in the top of the seventh to tie this game 3-3. However, the Mets won this contest in the bottom of the seventh as Lucas Jones trotted home following a bases loaded walk. June 7, 2009 Rancocas Valley League Baseball Pemberton 18 Browns Mills 0 Pemberton scored five runs in the first inning, four in the third, and five more in the fifth inning on the way to an 18-0 win over cross town rival Browns Mills. Ronnie Krankowski had the big hit for Pemberton with a three-run home run. Jeff Lundell and Bryan Henry each added solo shots. May 29, 2009 NJSIAA South Jersey Group III Baseball Final Shawnee Renegades 9 Clearview Pioneers 2 Cruising along with a 3-0 lead and Anthony Montefusco in control on the mound, the Renegades turned their attention toward the sky as rain and thunder approached. Shawnee just wanted this game to be official. Once this game did become official, Shawnee added five insurance runs in the top of the sixth inning and one more in the seventh. Anthony Montefusco went the distance for the win. John Grady hit a two-run home run for the Renegades. Clearview broke up the shutout by plating two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning. Colleen O'Donell had the big hit for Gloucester Catholic with a bases clearing double. Nicole Hagerty picked up the win for Gloucester Catholic.
